Don’t let yesterday’s regrets control your future.

Quick read but good read
This story takes place over a very short period of time. Three days to be exact, even though everything occurs in three days this book is very well written. The story flows and keeps you involved in what is going to happen next.
Emmy Bennett is having to learn how to start over in her life. After divorcing her cheating husband , she will do anything to give her two children the life they have always known. This includes selling the jewelry that she received throughout her marriage. On one outing to sell a bracelet the transaction goes south.
Ed Jackson is a recent retired SEAL who happens to follow Emmy because he is intrigued with her. Plus he has a feeling that something is not right he was trained to read people after all. Since he followed her he witnessed the transaction going south and steps into to save Emmy. After, doing this he has to determine what he wants to do now because he was on his way to San Diego to start over. Can he leave Emmy and her children?
With everything Emmy has been through she deserves what Ed wants to give her. He intends to give her a life with No More Regrets if she will except it.
Even though this book is not normally something I would read I really did enjoy it. If you want a quick read in a two person perspective then you will really enjoy this book.
I was given a copy for my honest review.
Awesome book. I loved the characters and the story was great. I highly recommend this one.
This was an amazing book. Emmy Bennett was still reeling from her husband's infidelity and their divorce. She is struggling to survive and is forced to sale some of her jewelry to pay her mortgage. After placing an ad and finding a buyer Emmy is set to sale her bracelet and all seems normal until she suddenly finds herself at the end of a gun barrel. Ed Jackson is quietly having lunch with his friend when he spots Emmy and he has an uncommon desire to protect her. The question is who is Ed saving her from and why? I loved this story and the characters had incredible chemistry from the very beginning.
