I have been asked about rapture. Some people are very strong in their views about rapture. I decided to write this book to discuss questions like: 1. How can rapture occur since the word does not appear in my Bible? 2. Do you have to believe in a particular rapture to be saved? 3. What does the Bible tell me about different types of raptures? 4. Does the Bible support a No Rapture? 5. Do the scriptures support a pre-tribulation rapture? 6. Does the Bible support a mid-tribulation rapture? 7. Does the Bible support a post-tribulation rapture?
My most popular series is "Proof the Bible is True". This is a 7 book series. I originally started to write commentary for the Young Adults Sunday school class I was blessed to teach. After a few weeks, I asked how much of the Bible each student had read. I was shocked at the results being so low. I asked why they did not read more of the Bible and the most common answers were the difficulty in reading and difficulty in understanding. I attempted to solve these issues by writing commentary and sending it prior to the class. The commentary included many images and graphs from Dr. Chuck Missler. The visuals were welcomed by all. The big advantages of sending files or posting on social media is my ability to include hyperlinks in my commentary. For example, if Jerusalem was mentioned or other city or region, I could include a hyperlink to a map showing the place and its relation to our home city/state. If we discussed one of God's miracles, I would include new discoveries like chariot wheels on the floor of the Red Sea. If we were discussing Noah's flood, I could include links to papers showing sea shells on the top of Mt Everest or that the earth contains 3 times the water that is on the surface several hundred or thousands of feet below the surface or a whale graveyard in a large desert. All things a secular education would not reveal to them. The hyperlinks gave all students the opportunity to skip over information that was familiar to them and investigate subjects or modern geography or ancient geography that sparked their interest. I could reveal patterns to them by referencing other verses that discussed the same subject.
