Beautiful story
My goodness, I cried so often during this book, so many similarities to my current life and yet so different. Wren may be a bit younger than me and had a child at a younger age than I, but suffering through a marriage and having an autistic girl is very similar. I am currently working on a certification to help me obtain a remote job and support her since she is unable to allow me to work at a regular job. I have a similar experience with a person that I have loved but it was over 20 years ago and I will always love them even if they didn’t want to marry. We used to go on camping and hiking trips and looked at the stars. I love the real issues that showed up in the book, not everything is good every day but getting through those moments and seeing the other joys of life is an amazing outcome.
