Lexi and Slash are awesome!
I love this series, and can't wait for the next book... I have read them all back to back and I'm missing Lexi and Slash! Their genius minds, action, loyalty and love are captivating, I'm always rooting for them! The adventures are relatable to today. I can't wait to follow Lexi's growth in relationships and learning to love and choose Slash more, and for Slash (Romeo)to reveal a more personal side of himself.
It glanced over a lil Lexi's emotions being sexual. I hope there will be some more fun and revealing romance scenes with Lexi and Slash.
The characters are all so well rounded adults and their friendships believable. Makes for a great tv series on Showtime or HBO(because I want to keep seeing a new episode and writers have more creative freedom)!!!
Life problems
This book is # 6 in the Lexi Carmichael Mystery series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. Since this book contains spoilers about the series and characters, I recommend reading the series in the order intended.
Lexi has so much to take on in this book. Her best friend, Basia, is missing. She has to find her. Clues are not helping - where to turn?
She also has to deal with her mother meeting the latest man in her life. Serious fun and laughter ensues since this meeting of the parents is so much fun! Lexi is very analytical and smart. She tends to need help with the other parts in life.
This book has great humor. It is a lot of fun to read. It is also a great mystery. The fans of this series will be thrilled to read this installment.

Geek Girls Rule!!
As usual this book is fast paced filled with action and comedy as Lexi tries to understand her world and others trying to fit in it. The books keeps you on your toes waiting for what will happen next and you wont be disappointed you will be left wanting more and maybe leave with a little insight about yourself as you relate to the many characters that round out a great group of characters.
