First off, a stupendous read. DS Turpin and DC Jan are the lead investigators involving the murders of Catholic priest and the attempted murder of a a civilian who later ties into their investigation. Child abuse charges against the priest. Covered up by the church. Enjoyed immensely!! My highest recommendation!!
