A great passion of mine is to cook for friends and family, nothing I like more in fact! However, sometimes, even home cooking can become a little stale, and then you look at menus in restaurants, and think to yourself, if only I could cook that, or even afford to cook it! This is where the inspiration for this book comes from. It is filled with well over 100 recipes for dishes I have either created and developed over the years, or others where I have deconstructed and reassembled recipes with more affordable ingredients and methods.
