North American Kajukenbo

Started a NAK and I’m currently learning from Professor sal in Arizona- my job has me traveling fro long periods of time. Downloaded book and practiced along with written movements- it has added a new level to my understanding of the art.

I work out 6 times a week and take Kajukenbo training. The history section in this book is extremely useful but that's it. Without a lack of step by step pictures of each attack move one cannot fully grasp what they author is trying to explain, all the techniques and skill moves become useless. I found myself confused a couple of times and I train for the sport, that's a problem for those that's simply curious.
