Good content, bad editing

Mr. Lehfeldt offer some wonderful observations and lessons from his life in the not for profit sector. Certainly a good read for somebody starting in the industry, as I hope to be.

I would suggest that somebody take some time to look over the formatting and editing of this book. I'm sure it's an error in the process of making it an e-book (iBook?), but there are words missing, strange paragraph breaks and some sections where the text repeats itself. A shame because the content is well thought out and has lead to some great conversation.

If the book could get cleaned up, I would conceder giving it more stars.
