Nothing Bundt Love

A sweet and tender small town romance!!

I love the storyline and the setting in Samantha Lind’s new book “Nothing Bundt Love,” which is the first book in her new Sweet Valley, Tennessee series. The small town atmosphere is very appealing and plays an important role because it brings people together and emphasizes a sense of community. I loved Nathan from the first scene in his high rise office because he wasn’t the typical arrogant billionaire that we see in most books, which is refreshing. He was humble about his accomplishments and didn’t brag about all that he had. He loves his grandmother and jumped at the chance to clear his schedule so he could visit her. When he saw Harper for the first time at the bakery, even though he didn’t recognize her, he sensed his life was about to change, and that his future was standing right in front of him. I found it so sweet that Nathan had crushed on Harper in high school but was too shy to ask her out. That made their reunion extra special and very romantic. Nathan knew he wanted to be with Harper so he wasted no time in asking her to dinner. They were both crazy about each other and it was fun to see them fall in love. When they were together, it felt as if they had been dating for a long time. Even though he had been away from home for ten years, Nathan was still a small town boy at heart. Harper was perfect for Nathan and I liked their cute first date, their funny conversations and that they were both close to their families. Fate brought them back together, but they both knew their love was always meant to be.
