The story of a young man who, like many others, felt as if his life shattered when the love of his life left him. Three years later, they once again come into contact as he still pursues her to this day - now a successful author, and she the leader of a nationally renown charity. With the help of his manager and his long time high school friend he will try his best to figure out the crazy mess called life - and figure out more about this new woman that appeared in his life when he needed someone most. A fan of his work and even a possible love interest, the young author John Flane now has to navigate a tangled web of who's and what's to figure out where he belongs in the grand scheme of things... as well as possibly learn a life lesson or two.
