Publisher Description
My father's ghost got on the bus, looking like David Ben-Gurion. His white hair flew around the forehead. Sunburned and stiff-necked, he gripped the other passengers' headrests as he made his way up the aisle. "Your mother," he said, "is very upset by this." He sighed as he flopped into the seat next to mine. "Is it the Jewishness that troubles her? The Jewy-ness? The Socialist Zionism? For me, it's the nostalgia. Summer camp. Going backwards. Still, if you like the girl, f**k her. That's my advice, Jesse. For once in your life, have some fun."
