Oddly enough I am going to start my review where I usually end it, the chili pepper level. Ms. Dodd’s most recent books have concentrated more on the suspense than romance. Every Single Secret is the book where it all bursts out again; level four, ghost pepper. Rowan Winterbourne aka Helen and Joe Grantham, the man Rowan believes is an assassin she hired for one of her clients, get down to business almost immediately. I mean business business. Ms. Dodd writes wonderful ghost pepper scenes.
Don’t worry, there is still plenty of suspense, and humor, and twists, and turns. Step right up my friend, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
