I was surprised to see the review about this book not being good for young children. My kids love it and have been constantly making up olive puns of their own. I would definitely recommend it as a fun read for children!

Great book! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Creative story, amusing, charming, and clever illustrations, this book is great for children and also adults. It's impossible to read this story without smiling. A great buy. Everyone should read this whimsical book!

Cute, but not a kid's story
Nicely illustrated. However, the olive humor/puns is too complex for young kids.
