Publisher Description
Appellant sued the appellee in this case for a divorce, division of property and for the custody of four minor children born to the parties. Trial was to the court without a jury. Appellees pleadings, as of the time the evidence was introduced upon the trial and as of the time the parties rested their cases, embodied a general denial only. The trial judge took the case under advisement, but the following day summoned the attorneys for the parties to Chambers where he announced to them what the judgment of the court would be.
