Olshan Foundation Repair Co. v. Ayala

Olshan Foundation Repair Company ("Olshan") appeals the trial courts order denying its motion to compel arbitration. In one issue, Olshan contends that the trial court abused its discretion in denying Olshans application for arbitration on the grounds that it was unconscionable. We overrule this issue and affirm the decision of the trial court.
