Olympia

Set in 1936, "Olympia" is about Bea and her decisions when things "just aren't ok", as she tries to make a buck as a go-between.

“It seems easy enough. I just pick up and deliver the telegrams, but recently, I’ve received some lengthy ones,” seeing Lily’s concern, “–all in code,” 

I whispered.


“Well, you be careful, and for all this hard work, don’t take no wooden nickels.” Lily crammed down another ketchup 

slathered fry.
