Omaha Healthcare Center, L.L.C., appeals the trial courts order denying its motion to dismiss for the failure of Wilma Johnson, on behalf of the Estate of Classie Mae Reed, to serve an expert report in a health care liability claim (HCLC). We affirm the order denying the motion to dismiss.
