“It has been my honor to get to draw alongside the amazing work of Chi Alpha at Georgetown. You can tell, from the first moment you meet both the students and the staff, that Chi Alpha is all about the grace of God: grace that changes lives. This devotional, this collection of voices, is nothing short of a wonderful work of grace.”

Jamie Haith, Alpha Course Presenter

“Refreshing! Jonathan and Jenny Rice lead an enthusiastic group of students at Georgetown University who have encountered a living relationship with a living God. With keen insight and practical daily application, these students bring a refreshing resource to us for our walk with our Savior. Use On Common Grounds devotionally or inspirationally for your understanding of the scripture and growth in the Lord. Relevance along with clarity of personal experience by these authors will warm and encourage your heart with confidence toward this generation.”

A Raw Exposition

A raw exposition of student's hearts, a look at their challenges and how God leads them to overcome. Stories of growth. Borne in a community dedicated to vulnerability, integrity and the pursuit of Jesus, this devotional will teach you, draw you in and lead you into a lifestyle of commitment to others and the Lord. This is not a book of irrelevant hypotheses or theological debates. Experiencing this book brings me into a devotional life by becoming a part of the our global Church Community. Above all else I see students wrestling reality until their knees are tapped, bringing them to the floor in surrender and asking us to follow, surrendering to the Almighty and finding an almighty reverence for one another.
