Publisher Description
They're labelled as selfish, as 'deliberately barren', and sometimes as crazy old cat ladies, but increasingly women are choosing to be childfree. Over the next few decades couples without children are set to outnumber those who have them.
Tory Shepherd looks at how women's freedom to choose motherhood is reshaping their own lives as well as society.

Not worth it
I thought this would be about empowering women and their choice to not have children however all I got was political rhetoric. Not everything has to be political. Not to mention a tinge of bitterness…again freedom to choose not to have children shouldn’t leave one angry as this book portrays.
