While this is a part of a series, you don't have to read the prior ones to fully understand and enjoy this story.
This is written in a dual POV format. Getting that glimpse into a character's thoughts during or after a scene really help me to better understand and connect to the characters.
This is a sexy read so a word of caution if you don't enjoy that.
Can these two get past the feuding of their families to find their HEA? Can a woman dedicated to her family's ranch and determination to run it someday have a HEA when he craves adventure and travels around the world? Well you will have to read for yourself.
I enjoyed this book and all of the conflicts internally and externally.

Will we ever find out the oil right mystery? T is hard to believe 2 heads of families would give up oil rights that would destroy their property unless there was no oil.
Chelsea and Nolan are ready to take one for the family by pretending to be in to each other while trying to get info on the other family. But cupid and fate takes over. A brother sabotages his sister’s happiness. Nolan leaves, trust is broken and two people are miserable. The fight goes on.
