A lesson on dealing with grief, loss and hope!
I haven’t finished this book yet but these characters have reached out to my empathetic nature especially Phillip. Who does not like a tortured, complex hero? Phillip is like a bulldozer when he is committed to something. His interactions with his brother is hilarious. Arabella is a great match for him. I love when she told him he defines himself but what he isn’t.

Story of love and sacrifice
This book had it all, a condemned pilot, an assassin, a grieving widow, a heroic nurse… this story kept me on the edge of my seat. It was hard to put down.
