Once Upon An Anxious Mom

It's Elodie's daughter's second year of preschool, and now that she knows the ropes, Elodie is excited to begin her reign as the family activities director and organize a civilized ice cream social and pancake breakfast—except nothing at Mountain View Co-op Preschool is ever civilized. Instead, there's chaos, mayhem, and a freaking bear roaming the neighborhood. Plus, according to the rumor mill, a new set of parents are swingers and looking for some sexy time action, and then there's the idiot dad who won't stop pulling frat boy pranks.

In this second installment of The Motherhood Circus, Elodie must rescue a claustrophobic Australian from preschool's crawl space, placate a pastor who thinks Halloween advances the devil's agenda, and manage a "best friend" who has become toxic, all while trying to decide whether she wants to have a second child.
