Gritty & Beautiful
KL Donn writes such beautiful relationships, gritty but beautiful. Hayes & Levi fit together like pieces of a puzzle. They both were damaged, had personal demons and missing something from their lives, but once they found each other they were able to heal each other.
I absolutely loved the interaction from so many great characters. Seeing Lorraine, Sophie and Nox again was great. Lorraine, Levi's mom, is definitely the best book mom. And I absolutely love Hayes' dad, Eric, he was a hoot and the perfect book dad.
I seriously hope KL Donn takes Levi's friends Cam, Tiny, and Tank and gives them their own stories. I also think Brett and Alyssa need their stories. With Alyssa being the best friend all girls want and Brett a great guy friend, I hope to see more of her and Brett in the future. While I will be looking forward to Loch and Sage's story, I am really excited and will be waiting not so patiently for Ryder's story.
