RL Monsheimer is a lifelong amateur athlete and has competed at national levels in both swimming and tennis. A former telecommunications executive, recognized for achievements in engineering and operations, he crafts genuine uplifting stories by real experiences and athlete conversations. Now living in Delaware, RL channels his passion for sports, coaching, and writing to encourage others to pursue their dreams.
