One More Bend in the River

We must travel on, for to stay in one place is to stagnate.

Our river sometimes runs straight for miles, or curves slightly, giving us a perspective and time for reflection, allowing us to see the things ahead more clearly. At other times, there are bends so sharp, doubling back on themselves, completely hiding from us what lies beyond.
