What I liked- their love is total, intense, and (unknowingly for most of the book) mutual. They really fit together. I can see their relationship lasting. And the stalking was actually hot, and normally there’s a little voice in my head that chants the word “creepy” over and over. Maybe it’s knowing that the obsessive love is mutual.
What I didn’t- the only thing I could really complain about is the Happy Deus Ex Machina. This book is not exactly the exemplar for realism, but the revelation of a certain secret pushed my suspension of disbelief to its limits.
Verdict- recommended. Even though this is not a Mafia Romance per se, I think it would appeal to lovers of the genre.

Captivated!!
This completely captivated me from the first page on! Micah is a possessive, intense man of the land, large and in charge, and his main focus, main love is Liliana. He’ll do anything for her, to protect her, just to be around her. Lili loves Micah, always has, but thinks he only sees her as his best friends little sister. When her life is in danger, his dangerous protective side really comes out, and anyone who dared to threaten to her had better beware. This was exciting, emotional, sexy, and surprising. I loved it!! Read every word! I look forward to her brothers story
