One step too far
This was book 2 of the 3 book series. I didn’t make it past the sample on book1, just didn’t seem interesting. The ending didn’t make sense. And the Hero-Frankie is a poor homeless drifter with no money who knows more than everyone else because she talks to everyone. It was interesting and a good read, but at times, had to skim through.
Just don’t…
I thought this would be an amazing read from all of the glowing reviews. This was such a drawn out boring book. It is extremely far fetched and way too detailed about how to survive in the woods. I thought it would get better and it never did. Had to scan the pages to finally get to a plot. The end was nothing exciting.
