A very interesting review of the SCOTUS inside and outside workings. Senator Cruz did a great job of writing so a non-legal mind such as mine, can get a better understanding of the Court. I read this at the same time as the Amy Coney Barrett hearings. It was good to recognize several things brought out in the hearings which were raised in this book. It’s a scary thing to think many of our “rights” are only One Vote Away from being overturned. Thank you.
