5 Only Ever After Stars
Hillary is a twenty six year old who owns and runs the bakery in town. Trey is a Navy vet who is currently a firefighter and a furniture builder. Trey and Hillary have known each other since they were little. They’ve always been friends, but act more like siblings. They drive each other crazy. They have an attraction but never act on it. Her, because she knows he’s a playboy who will never settle down. Him, because he thinks she deserves better. But after one kiss they both can’t stop thinking about each other.
I absolutely adored this book. Their relationship was realistic and funny (for me.) Trey has a womanizing reputation but he is amazing with Hillary. I loved both characters individually and together. Everything about this small town romance felt real to me. I also enjoyed getting to see how their friends were doing. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a wonderfully written friends to lovers story. I can’t wait to see who the author writes about next.
MUST READ THIS SERIES!
As always Niecey amazes me. If it weren't for her stories I wouldn't have ever fallen in love with Rom-Com. This book gives me all the feels. I was frustrated, had sad tears, happy tears, laughing out loud to where my boyfriend thought I was crazy. Lol. I'm hooked on these characters and their story. Trey........oh my Trey! If you haven't checked out The River Bend stories you really, really should ASAP!
