A pivotal book in the Nora Dockson series - don't miss it!
Diana Deverell has done it again! Her Nora Dockson legal thriller series just keeps getting better and better. “Open the Door,” the 5th and newest title, finds Nora confronting a shocking secret about her family. She takes on the case of a young woman named Hunter Logan, who was convicted of murdering her husband by poisoning him with arsenic. And she discovers that Hunter is her half-sister, given up for adoption at birth by their notorious mother, Patty-Jean! Freeing Hunter will take every bit of street smarts and legal skill Nora has. Meanwhile, she’s torn between her desire to know her newly-discovered sister and the bad memories of Patty-Jean that this inevitably brings.
The plot showcases the painstaking, true-to-life legal work that it will take to overturn Hunter’s conviction.
