Just what I needed!
I am a mother of two with a fairly demanding job. I haven't struggled to the degree as to say that I have a postpartum mood disorder; I do struggle with anxiety and depression and have for years prior to motherhood. It was so reassuring to read about the struggles and thoughts that go through a mother's mind. At times it seems so overwhelming and reading this book reminded me that there are better days ahead.
