Getting around in this book is difficult thus very frustrating. The table of contents page is stuck at a single page and won't turn. The topics listed in the contents (on the single page) are at a very top level; the sub-level topics in the chapters are not listed at all. Throughout the book there are no chapter headers on the pages so the user can not tell what chapter he/she is in. In short, the book's navigation is so problematic as to render it useless. I am sorry there were no other reviews to read. I recommend getting a printed book instead of this one.
