Technically perfect
I was sent this book by the author to give my honest opinion. I will admit, it starts off very confusing with a lot of introductions to a lot of different characters. I could not keep them straight at first and I almost stopped reading a few times because of all the technical jargon. It’s a little too much for some who likes to get lost in a story. This book requires a little thought.
Marshall Hail has been through the horrific tragedy, The Five, that killed his wife and his twin daughters. He wades his way through depression by seeking revenge on people on the FBI international terrorists list, hoping to take down some of the people that helped orchestrate The Five. Hail is a genius and has assembled a staff of geniuses to help make is dream a reality. Most of his staff also suffered through the tragedy of The Five as well.
In walks Kara, an agent that is also out for revenge regarding The Five. Kara lost both of her parents in the tragedy. This book captures you and despite the length keeps you captivated until the end and makes you crave for more. You want to know more about Kara and Marshall. They jump into you and people with a direct connection to 9/11 will definitely understand their pain and want for vengeance.
He got me and I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
