Ornaments

Four-year-old David is helping his grandparents decorate their house for the holidays. There is so much to do! Candles. Snowmen. Stockings. Cookies. And of course, the Christmas tree. When it’s time for David’s nap, he asks Papa for a story about ornaments. Papa’s story takes David on a journey of exploration, searching for the most beautiful ornaments the world has to offer. When David falls asleep, he continues to explore and soon learns that the most precious ornaments are those created by the hands of a child. From castles to forests to jungles, young readers will visit worlds full of wonder and beauty as they experience the precious bond between a grandfather and his grandson.
