Action in the district court for Hennepin county for an order declaring plaintiff to be a member in good standing of defendant corporation, that George N. Morgan Post No. 4 of Minneapolis is a lawfully existing post of defendant, and that plaintiff is a member in good standing and the commander of said post. After adverse findings, Paul W.
