Orsatti v. New Jersey State Police

This case arises under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. 1983. Plaintiff-appellee, Arnold Orsatti, Jr., alleges that he was arrested without probable cause in violation of his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable seizure. Defendant-appellants, New Jersey State Police Officers Robert Kirvay and Joseph Guzzardo, appeal from the district courts order denying their joint motion for summary judgment.
