Publisher Description
Part of the Living Spring Collection, in this book the spirit author comments on teachings from the New Testament in an original and attractive way, teaching us not only to understand the Christian Doctrine but to practice it every moment of our lives.
Emmanuel, Chico Xavier’s mentor, teaches and enchants, edifies and consoles by means of humble, enchanting, gentle and persuasive language full of spirituality and beauty.
The Living Spring Collection is an invaluable source that will help explain the Gospel texts and it is an essential instrument for perfecting our sentiments by refining them with the lessons on humility and love taught and exemplified by Jesus. It teaches us to find peace in the evolutionary struggle, repose in our edifying labor, help in times of difficulty and the good in the so-called evils of life.

Great Christian Book!!
Depending on ur definition of what is a Christian book, this is definitely a intelligent book, well written and a good Christian book.
P.S. And whoever say that " Spiritas " are not Christians, should know what they are talking about... People that doesn't open their mind to accept differences should not have opinion... A little information about the real meaning of things doesn't hurt... Internet is there for research my friend.
P.S.S: the founder of Spiritism is Allan Kardec, France over 150 years ago, not Brazil... Francisco Xavier is only a medium that wrote over 400 books which all the profit was converted for charity.
This is not a Christian book.
This book is from the founder of Spiritism in Brazil. The "espiritas" are not Christians. They talk to the spirits and live by the teachings of their founder.
Do not mistake this book with the real Our Daily Bread, a Christian devotional published by RBC Ministries.
