Predator as Prey
Have always loved vampires, even the vulnerable ones. Turning the tables, where it's dangerous for the vamp to go out after dark, is a great twist.

Luffman Gives Vampires Their Fangs Back
Well... figuratively, anyway. In the midst of human loving vampires with bleeding hearts, Luffman's vampire short stands out and screams, "This is what vampire fiction should be."
I loved the surprise twist halfway through, and the pace. This short gave me thrills and chills -- especially at the end, ouch! -- and left me wanting more.
