Great Update on a Classic
I cannot recommend this book enough to the Christian reader. It is not an easy read, but it is well worth the challenge. The editors have done a great job of updating the language and have also included helpful glossary and outlines.
I have read many books on the Christian life and not got as much out of the whole of them than this one collection. Owen had incredible insight into the human soul and it's weaknesses. He also understood how God can make us well. Worth reading again, again, and again.
