Great Advice To Re-Vamp Your Team
I purchased the audio book and enjoyed it very much. I thought the advice he gives is easy to understand, gives examples and in general I felt motivated. I thought the use of a story to illustrate his points was clever and made the book easier to follow up. I would strongly recommend this book.
