Owren, Inc. v. Connolly

The trial court refused to compel arbitration of a real estate agent=s suit against her former employing broker. The denial was based on the court=s finding that the agent had never signed the arbitration agreement and had not in some other way manifested assent to its terms. We affirm and write briefly to explain our conclusion.
