About the Author



I was seven-years-old when my father called me into the kitchen and explained it was either hot or sharp, get over it. I've been in the kitchen ever since. I love cooking, entertaining, and eating great food with friends and family. My passion for cooking includes converting a two-car garage into my kitchen with a tomato red ceiling. Over the years, I’ve started two separate dinner clubs and both had one rule – there are no rules. Oh, what fun we have. I authored this book because of my love of raw oysters. I can’t tell you how many I’ve eaten in my life, but I can tell you I enjoyed each and every one of them. The mignonette’s brighten the otherwise simple oyster and takes it to another level.
