Extremely helpful

I have numerous pain issues that this book helped improve immediately upon following the exercises. I thought I was going to have to have a knee replacement but now that will no longer be necessary thanks to this book.

Priceless and effective

I first found this book almost by accident in 2000 after a back injury from carrying too much weight on a backpacking expedition. I thought, 'what do I have to lose?' and bought it. At the same time, I was doing traditional physical therapy (by a sports med MD) which wasn't really helping despite heavy traction 3x a week. I'm also a chiropractic fan, although it also has limited success for me.

The e-crises in this book did the trick and improved my life in a major way. In the 16 years since I've used them again and again to remind myself how to improve my terrible posture habits. I'm reviewing now because I need it again and I hope it can help you too.
