I was impressed and motivated by this book on painting water colors portraits. I thought it was thorough and thoughtful as the author tried to give the reader great tips she had discovered in her journey to become an artist. I enjoyed the many examples of paintings she displayed in the book and would recommend this book to anyone wanting to develop a better understanding about portrait painting and water colors.
Great book by a great watercolor painter.
I found the book to be both very helpful and very inspirational. Having painted in watercolor for about 30 years now I can tell you that this book is helpful to both the beginner and the seasoned water colorist. I highly recommend it.
