A very elementary start
This text is a very basic introduction to the Paleo Diet. The author doesn't really provide any evidence outside of his options and interpretation of other work. No stats or reference to research
For the dozen or so recipes he provides the explanations and intros are fine. There is such a lack of substance in this publication I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
