Not whole 30 and eeh...

I paid $5 and immediately wanted my money back. But maybe that is my fault. I was looking for ideas to pack lunches for my 19 yo college son. The book had "paleo" muffin and pancake recipes followed by salads for lunch. I've already gotten those from my other paleo books and since the foods are not whole 30 I won't be using the recipes here. I looked at the sample before buying but as it was only 4 pages I didn't get any farther than the dedication page. So if your looking for another great salad or another cheater recipe(designed to make you think your getting "forbidden" food) this might work. Wasn't worth $5 to me.
