Comprehensive book with large assortment of recipes. I checked every page and can’t wait to start trying those recipes for myself.
You can find every recipe on YouTube these days and you’ll find many variations of each recipe, and you probably should do that to have some idea of the cooking process . But YouTube won’t have all those ideas so neatly collected for exploration.
I had some difficulty understanding some UK based names and expressions but not a major one.
If you are interested in Palestinian or middle eastern cooking, this is a great book
