This is yet another great book by Fany Gerson. This one makes you want to try everything in it that as you learn important and often unknown and fascinating information about ingredients. You actually don’t need anything complicated to make paletas and you will definitely come upon recipes in this book you’ll make over and over again. The shaved ice recipes and the cool drink recipes are excellent.
