Panther Creek Mountain

This is the last book in the Panther Creek Mountain series.

The kids and Jeremiah go to the Secret Cave to camp overnight.

During the night, they are awakened by the sounds of a panther trying to get in through the stick door they have put over the opening to the cave.

The next day the kids went to Mr. Hollin's store and asked the old mountain men if they heard the sounds. The old men told them that there are tales of an animal-man-like creature known locally as BigFoot in the mountains. "Maybe it was him that made the sounds."

Fascinated by such a creature, they return to the Secret Cave and discover huge man-like foot tracks close to their cave!
