A photographic essay of 10 days in Paris - May 2013. Paris was cold and wet, and Parisians were looking back nostalgically to the 2 weeks of Spring in April.

For a photographer, nothing could have been improved or more eagerly wished for .... leaden skies, gentle rain and occasional sunshine breaking through cloud produce in Paris a palette with which to paint the landscape not available in any other place or time.
